An Exciting Opportunity for a Mortgage Broker / Mortgage Advisor in Rickmansworth

Cameron James Professional Recruitment is delighted to be working with a highly successful, independently owned Mortgage Brokerage in Rickmansworth, who are seeking ambitious and experienced Mortgage Brokers / Mortgage Advisors to join their growing team.

With a constant flow of 3–5 new client enquiries every day (15–25 per week), strong introducer relationships with leading estate agents and new build developers, and full administrative support provided, this is an exceptional opportunity for a talented Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Advisor looking to achieve high earnings in a professional and supportive environment.

About the Role

As a Mortgage Broker, you will be:

• Meeting 3–5 new mortgage clients per day, with all appointments provided.
• Conducting detailed fact-finds to fully understand client needs and recommend suitable whole-of-market mortgage solutions.
• Offering clients access to a comprehensive range of lenders and products.
• Referring all protection opportunities to the dedicated in-house protection team.
• Supported by a dedicated Mortgage Administration team who will process all applications, chase outstanding requirements, and liaise with lenders—allowing you to focus on advising and winning new business.
• Targeted to write around 20 mortgages per month, leading to realistic high earnings of £50,000 – £60,000 OTE, with top-performing Mortgage Brokers achieving £100k+.

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for:

• Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) with Competent Adviser Status (CAS).
• A successful track record as a Mortgage Broker / Mortgage Advisor (banking, brokerage, or estate agency backgrounds all considered).
• Ambitious, driven, and motivated by high earnings and progression.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience advising on new build mortgages preferred, but not essential.
• A professional, client-focused approach with strong ethical standards.
