We're working with a progressive, well-invested food manufacturer in Milton Keynes that's growing fast and driving continuous improvement across its operation. They're now looking to bring in an electrically biased engineer to support site performance and reliability.

This is a Monday to Friday role with earlies and lates - no weekends or nights - offering a great balance of hands-on engineering and improvement-focused work.

What they're looking for:

Electrical bias with food/FMCG experience (NVQ Level 3)

Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills - up to date with current wiring regs.

Experience with RCA and continuous improvement is a big plus

Someone energetic and proactive

What's on offer:

Circa £50,000-£55,000 salary
