Our client is looking for a Purchase/Sales Ledge Administrator to join their team based near Gamlingay. 

 

The ideal candidate will: 

  • Process Supplier/Sales invoices onto Pegasus Operation system - matching, obtaining approval checking and coding
  • Sending Sales invoices out to customer after approval
  • Processing supplier payments  
  • Reconciliation of supplier statement
  • Processing company credit card
  • Sending out monthly statements to customers and dealing with any queries
  • Setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details
  • Handling any purchase enquires or disputes with suppliers
  • Filing invoices
  • Credit control
  • Ad hoc Finance duties
  • Cover - running timesheet reports/posting costs to projects
  • Recording holiday / sickness on excel reports
