Freelance Site Manager - Exeter (10-Week Contract)

Start Date: 18th May End Date: 24th July Project Value: £600K Hours: 7am-5pm (10-hour days)

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a warehouse refurbishment and fit-out for a new Padel club in Exeter. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role requiring strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proven track record managing similar projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth project delivery

   

• Coordinate subcontractors and oversee all on-site activities

   

• Maintain high standards of health & safety and site compliance

   

• Ensure project milestones are met within programme and budget

   

• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and project stakeholders

   

Requirements

• SMSTS certification

   

• First Aid qualification

   

• Previous experience managing refurbishment/fit-out projects

   

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
