What You'll Do

As the Client Relationship Coordinator, you'll play a central role in maintaining and enhancing the client experience. From scheduling annual reviews to coordinating with third parties and preparing follow-up communications, your attention to detail and thoughtful approach will ensure clients feel heard and cared for.

Key Responsibilities:

* Liaise with clients in a friendly and professional manner

* Proactively schedule and confirm annual meetings and check-ins

* Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system

* Coordinate with relevant third parties

* Follow up on client requests and documentation

* Anticipate client needs and communicate clearly and professionally

* Provide occasional administrative support to the wider team
