Brockenhurst College has an opportunity for a Marketing Assistant to join their dedicated and enthusiastic team based in Brockenhurst.
You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £16,588 - £18,012 per annum.
We are a high-achieving college who attract around 2,800 sixth form students across the region each year.
We are based within the stunning New Forest National Park and offer our students a huge range of courses and superb facilities.
Key responsibilities as our Marketing Assistant : - Work with the marketing team to deliver integrated marketing campaigns - Monitor campaign and digital activity, producing reports as required in line with the College’s marketing campaign strategy - Deal with telephone and e-mail enquiries from external customers interested in hiring the College facilities with the aim of retaining existing customers and ensuring new business income is generated for the College - Work with the Digital Media Executive and the wider marketing team, to plan and coordinate content for our social media channels - Obtain quotes for promotional materials and merchandise and negotiate the best price with suppliers - Play an active role in the successful organisation of Open Days and other key College events - Provide ‘front of house’ administration for both campus-based and non-campus based events - Assist external hirers and help them plan and organise their event ensuring the highest level of customer service - Work with Marketing and Events Executive to provide ongoing management of the College’s student ambassador scheme.
Including booking and organising their payments as well as providing supervision before and during events - Organise and attend meetings, taking minutes and noting action points where agreed Key skills and requirements needed to become our Marketing Assistant : - Good general education (esp.
