Local authority in Staffordshire currently requires an interim corporate asset manager for an initial period of 3-6 months.
Purpose of the role:
Support the head of housing and corporate assets with the leadership and management of the councils corporate assets.
Ensure the councils objectives are met through the effective and professional operational management of councils asset management functions across the corporate property portfolio.
The ideal candidate will either be RICS OR CIOB.
