A busy logistics depot in the Poole area is looking for an Evening Operations Coordinator to support network and transport operations during the afternoon/evening shift.

This is a hands-on role coordinating between warehouse and transport teams, ensuring freight is processed accurately and dispatched on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate pallet network operations between warehouse and transport
• Allocate and label pallet network freight
• Organise and scan trunk loads with high accuracy
• Liaise with drivers, networks, and customers
• Debrief drivers and support evening depot operations
• Assist with forklift driving when required

Requirements

• Experience in transport, logistics, or warehouse operations
• FLT / Forklift licence preferred
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced depot environment
