This is a long-term, full-time position during term-time only, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vibrant school environment while enjoying school holidays off. The role offers a competitive daily rate of £110.

About the Role:

As a School Administrator, you will be a key part of the school office team, ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative functions. Duties will include:

Managing general admin tasks including filing, data input, and handling correspondence

Answering phone calls and dealing with enquiries from parents, staff, and visitors

Supporting pupil attendance tracking and admissions procedures

Updating and maintaining records using SIMS or similar school MIS systems

Assisting with the coordination of school events and communications

Essential Requirements:

Please note: only applicants with previous experience working in schools or educational settings will be considered.

Proficient in school systems such as SIMS or Arbor

Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Friendly and professional with excellent communication skills

Able to work independently as well as part of a supportive team
