Composite Laminator - Formula One Projects

Are you an experienced Composite Laminator ready to contribute to cutting-edge Formula One projects?

We are working with a motorsport company seeking skilled Laminators to support performance-critical composite programmes.

The Role.

Key responsibilities include:

Laminating complex carbon fibre components using pre-preg materials

*

Working from engineering drawings, ply books, and lay-up manuals

*

Vacuum bagging and preparation for cure (autoclave / oven)

*

Tool preparation, mould cleaning, and component finishing

*

Maintaining strict adherence to quality standards and tolerances

*

Supporting rapid turnaround of performance-critical parts

Shift Patterns Available

Multiple shift patterns available, including:

*

Day shift

*

Late shift

*

Night shift

*

Weekend shifts

What We're Looking For

*

Proven experience laminating carbon fibre in Formula One, high-end motorsport, aerospace, or similarly demanding composite environments

*

Ability to interpret detailed technical documentation

*

Experience working with autoclave processes

*

Strong attention to detail and quality control

*

Comfortable working to tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment

*

Available to start as soon as possible
