Support Worker - Day Service

Working Hours: Part-time / Temporary

Hourly Rate: £13.50

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and proactive Support Worker to join our team at a welcoming day service, providing dedicated 1:1 support for a wonderful individual with developmental delay, epilepsy, scoliosis, and dystonia.

About the Role:

You'll be part of a supportive and experienced team delivering high-quality, person-centred care. Your role will involve:

Supporting mobility and positioning needs related to scoliosis and dystonia

Monitoring and responding appropriately to epilepsy-related health needs

*

Encouraging independence and engagement in daily activities and therapies

Promoting social interaction and meaningful participation in the community

You'll Need:

Experience working with individuals with complex physical and neurological conditions

A patient, empathetic approach and strong communication skills

Knowledge of epilepsy protocols and safe manual handling techniques
