Salary: Different for each client but up to £45,000

Location: Central London

We are currently working with three separate clients (all law firms), who are all looking for front of house receptionists for their Central London offices. Two of these firms are American and the other is a leading UK boutique law firm.

The roles are all similar and duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting all visitors and internal stakeholders
  • Answering, screening and, directing all phone calls to the appropriate individual
  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • Liaising with contractors and vendors
  • Filing and maintaining records
  • Managing the office calendar
  • Assisting with administrative work
  • Booking taxis and couriers
  • Setting up conference calls and video meetings
  • Basic accounts work
  • Scheduling meetings

Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential as there will be extensive liaison with international offices, high profile clients, and leading lawyers. It is essential that you have at least 12 months' experience as a receptionist, ideally from another law firm but they will also consider candidates who have worked in other corporate / global environments.
