Elevation Recruitment Group is delighted to be partnering with a growing, people-focused business in their search for a Head of Finance. This is a senior leadership opportunity within an organisation that blends commercial ambition with a strong social mission.

Reporting directly to the ownership, you'll play a central role in guiding the financial health and growth of the organisation. You'll work closely with senior operational leaders across the group, bringing insight, rigour, and a commercial lens to support sustainable expansion and service excellence.

 What You'll Be Doing

As Head of Finance, you'll take full ownership of the finance function while driving strategic performance across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Act as a commercial partner - identifying growth opportunities and optimising margins
• Oversee core finance operations including cashflow, P&L, and statutory reporting
• Maintain strong financial controls and ensure regulatory compliance (CQC, HMRC, local authorities)
• Drive finance transformation, including systems upgrades and process improvements
• Manage and develop a small, capable finance team
• Provide insightful board-level reporting and financial advice on investments and business scaling
