Early Years Practitioner (Level 3) - Permanent Position
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming early years setting in Harpenden.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about supporting young children's learning and development, and who can provide a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare and deliver engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

Support children's individual learning and development needs.
*
Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive environment.
*
Build strong, supportive relationships with children, families and carers.
*
Ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and welfare policies are followed at all times.
What we are looking for:

A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare.

Strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development.
*
A caring, creative and committed approach to working with children.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
