Job Overview:

As the Warehouse & Order Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and optimising electrical product inventory, handling, and distribution within a branch of the sales department. You will ensure efficient inventory management and coordination with sales, procurement and logistics teams.

Duties:

Oversee inventory management for electrical products, ensuring accurate tracking and stock levels.
Order processing for electrical orders.
Provide technical and product support to the sales team.
Implement best practices for warehouse organisation, storage, and product handling.
Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to streamline operations.
Coordinate with warehouse staff on proper handling, storage, and distribution of electrical products.
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to meet customer demands and delivery timelines.
Utilise warehouse management systems (WMS) and other software tools for tracking and reporting. Skills and Requirements:

Electrical Wholesale Experience is ideal.
IT literate
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good knowledge of the industry
Ability to take instructions and work under minimal supervision.
Able to self-motivate
Able to prioritise workload effectively and work under pressure.
Ability to maintain technical knowledge of product ranges.
Capable of interpreting customers' needs where appropriate.
Ability to work as part of a team.
