I am currently working with a Private equity firm that is looking for an AP Manager to join their team. This is an hybrid role with 3 days in the office. This role benefits from being in Central London, working for a very desirable company with additional benefits like 30 days holiday not including bank holiday, up to 30% discretionary Bonus
The newly created Accounts Payable Manager role will take ownership over the accounts payable function. Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Accounts Payable Manager will oversee two direct reports. The role sits within the wider Group Finance team, which is made up of eight individuals.
The successful individual will be hard working and fast paced, super strong AP transactional skills, NetSuite experience is a massive plus but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Taking ownership of the accounts payable function
- Managing two direct reports
- Reviewing processed invoices
- Mailbox management
- Inputting and paying invoices
- Handling of employee expenses
- Communicating with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Assisting with other ad-hoc tasks and projects within the wider Group Finance team

- Proficiency with accounting software (NetSuite experience would be advantageous), Excel and other Microsoft Office software.
- Experience within private equity or a similar investment/professional firm would be advantageous
