About the RoleDunbar Education is seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Secondary Supply Teachers to work across a variety of schools in Northamptonshire and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for qualified teachers who enjoy variety, want to expand their experience, or prefer the flexibility that supply work offers.
You'll be delivering engaging lessons across Key Stage 3 and/or Key Stage 4, following lesson plans where provided, and maintaining a positive, productive learning environment in line with each school's policies.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver pre-prepared lessons in line with the national curriculum

Adapt teaching to suit different abilities and year groups

Manage classroom behaviour effectively

Build positive relationships with pupils and staff

Follow safeguarding procedures and maintain a safe learning environment
About You

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Experience teaching in UK secondary schools (any subject specialism welcome)

Strong classroom management skills

Ability to quickly adapt to new environments

A flexible and proactive approach

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
