Monday - Friday (weekend work will be required on a rota'd basis)

£27,000 OTE £35,000

Original Talent Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for our well known automotive client based in Southampton in their search for a Service Advisor

Your main responsibility will be to increase customer satisfaction to support the sales functions across the business

Main duties of a Service Advisor:

* Maintain excellent standards of customer service

* Sell finance and insurance products to customers

* Answer customers questions on servicing and products

* Booking in appointments and arrange suitable times

* Oversee the busy work schedules of the dealership

Ideally you will:

* Have experience in a similar role

* Have a strong understanding of the Automotive industry

* Have excellent customer service

* Be able to work in a fast paced environment
