We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our rapidly growing team and we want you to help us grow.
What You’ll Do.
As the Business Development Manager, you will prospect and generate leads through in-person and telephone cold calling, as well as, develop marketing and sales strategies to gain perspective clients. You will be responsible for maintaining current accounts and growing the existing client database. You will also be responsible for acting as a liaison between our customers and staff to ensure the recruiting staff has a solid understanding of the customer’s needs. You will need to conduct weekly meetings with customers and continue to proactively understand the client’s business needs, including discussions of current and upcoming opportunities, challenges and requirements.
What We’re Looking For.
You are our brand ambassador with impeccable grammar and spelling skills, and know your way around a PowerPoint presentation. You have a proven track record in a highly sales and performance-driven environment (at least 5-10 years’ experience), preferrably in the staffing industry.
You thrive in a fast paced, constantly changing environment, working to meet tight deadlines, while juggling to complete tasks, multiple priorities and demanding clients, all with a smile on your face. You are passionate and committed and take pride in your work and push to achieve goals. You have a genuine rapport with the clients and it shows. Your partnership with our clients fosters trust, confidence and respect which opens up the doors to do more remarkable work.
You have an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work independently, but you also have the ability to foster and inspire a strong, cohesive working team.
