We're looking for a hands-on Senior Software Developer to design, build, and lead high-impact Microsoft-based solutions across our digital platforms. If you're passionate about modern .NET technologies, DevOps, and driving innovation, this could be your next challenge.

• Develop and enhance business-critical applications using ASP.NET, Blazor, C#, and/or Power Platform.

• Take ownership of a core Planning System that supports scheduling for 500+ field engineers.

• Automate and optimise system integration's using SQL and PowerShell.

• Guide third-party development teams and ensure high-quality solution delivery.

• Lead DevOps improvements across systems, especially for Microsoft Dynamics-based solutions.

• Stay ahead of tech trends, particularly in Microsoft and AI, and drive innovation across the business.

• Strong experience delivering full software lifecycles using Microsoft technologies.

• Solid hands-on skills with Blazor/C#, Power Platform, Azure, SQL, and Git.

• Proven track record in CI/CD, cloud deployments, and DevOps practices.

• Ability to troubleshoot complex application and data issues.

• Experience mentoring developers and leading small technical teams.

• Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders and third-party providers.

• UX/UI skills are a bonus.
