The position will involve supporting the commercial management of drylining packages, including valuations, variations, cost control, and final accounts across multiple projects. Key Requirements:

Quantity Surveyor Experience
Drylining Experience Ideally

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit interim valuations
Measure works and manage variations
Monitor project costs and budgets
Procure and manage subcontractor packages
Attend site and commercial meetings
Agree final accounts with main contractors
Support cost reporting and forecasting
