Company: FINANCIAL DIVISIONS

Job Type: Permanent, FullTime

Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 per annum

I am happy to be representing a leading, forward-thinking wealth management firm that is currently looking for an experienced Adviser Relations Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on leadership, performance management, and regulatory excellence within the financial planning sector.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting, developing, and inspiring a team of Independent Financial Advisers across the UK. The goal is to drive adviser performance, ensure high-quality holistic advice is consistently delivered, and uphold the standards required by both the regulator and the business. A strong focus on adviser retention, business growth, and positive client outcomes will be essential.

You’ll be working closely with advisers on a one-to-one basis and within group settings to support their competence, ensure appropriate CPD is maintained, and regularly review performance. Part of your role will involve file reviews, guidance on regulatory compliance, and managing the T&C process. You will also be involved in identifying and recruiting new advisers who align with the firm’s values, as well as supporting new entrants through the early stages of their careers.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need previous experience managing adviser teams, a clear understanding of the regulatory landscape including Consumer Duty, and a Level 4 qualification in Financial Planning as a minimum. Supervisory qualifications such as H15, J07 or AF6 would be an advantage. You’ll need to be a confident communicator with strong analytical skills and a passion for continuous improvement.

The firm offers hybrid working, a competitive salary, and a wide range of benefits including flexible holidays (with birthday off and buy/sell options), contributory pension, discretionary bonus, well-being support, CPD funding, and regular company events.

If you are interested in exploring this opportunity further, please contact Jo at Financial Divisions in confidence.
