Experienced and professional Multi Skilled Tradesman/ Handyman needed to work with leading housing association maintenance division.

My client one of the UK's largest and prestigious housing associations maintenance division is looking to recruit an experienced, professional, and skilled multi skilled tradesman/ handyman to join their growing and ambitious team.

Work will include planned maintenance on domestic properties across the Birmingham area. All work will be 2nd fix maintenance ranging from fencing replacements, light bulb changes, basic plumbing, painting and patch plastering and upvc window repair.

Our client is offering a long run of work, secure employment and competitive hourly rate.

Pay rate: £18 - £20 per hour (Dependent on skill set and experience.)
Hours: 8.00am - 16.00pm - 40 hours per week
