Finance & Accounting
- Processing daily payments (cash, card, BACS, cheques) and reconciling bank activity.
- Posting journals and supplier invoices.
- Handling customer payment queries and issuing credit notes.
- Managing company credit cards and DVL payments.
- Creating new supplier accounts and maintaining financial spreadsheets.
- Supporting the Finance Manager during annual audits.
Office & Administrative Support
- Acting as the first point of contact on the phone.
- Managing office stationery and supplies.
- Filing and maintaining accurate records.
- Providing cover for Accounts Assistant duties when needed.
Systems You'll Use
- Microsoft Office (Excel at intermediate level)
- HR & payroll systems
- Internal business platforms
What We're Looking For
- Experience in finance administration or a similar role.
- Confident with Excel and comfortable learning new systems.
- A natural organiser with strong attention to detail.
- Someone who enjoys helping colleagues and supporting customers.
- A proactive, positive team player.
This role is ideal for someone is looking for a stable and friendly working environment. It is vital you have access to a car as public transport is limited.
