We are seeking a Sales & Customer Service Associate to join my client, a small, friendly, and rapidly growing company. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic and determined individual who enjoys a varied role within a team environment. The position involves supporting businesses both in the UK and internationally.
Day-to-day of the role: - Provide customer service and support to both existing and new customers, including general administrative duties.
- Conduct outbound telesales calls to generate new leads.
- Prepare and provide quotes to customers.
- Take bookings and arrange collections/deliveries.
- Engage in problem-solving to address any customer issues that may arise.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - A minimum of 3 years of previous sales, customer service, or account management office experience.
- Fluent in spoken English.
- Proficient in PC use, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (training will be provided on our CRM system).
- Excellent telephone manner with a warm, sincere, and likeable personality.
- A steady work history with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in Logistics, Shipping, or Freight is essential.
