Customer Service Advisor - Logistics

£28,000 plus bonus and benefits

Monday to Friday, temp to perm

Bristol (BS32)

Great opportunity to support a logistics operations team to ensure the highest standards of deliveries are met for all their commercial customers, ensuring that all scheduled deliveries are completed in line with the customers' expectations.

* Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure an excellent level of customer service is delivered at all times.

* Provide delivery information received via telephone and electronic communication within agreed company guidelines.

* Handle incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently.

* Liaise with internal departments where necessary to obtain updates and resolve queries, ensuring accurate information is communicated back to customers.

* Set and manage realistic expectations with customers regarding deliveries and service updates.

* Maintain and update information across various operational platforms.

Working Hours

* Monday to Friday: 8:15am - 5:15pm

Requirement

* Experience in customer service

* A transport or logistics background would be advantageous, although not essential.
