This alternative provision for students who struggle with mainstream education are looking to appoint a passionate Teaching Assistant to support students aged 7 - 11 both inside and outside the classroom. Working in this school as a Teaching Assistant you will be joining a team that prides itself on recognising the barriers young people face in education and a school that has been rated as 'Good'.

Requirements:

The desired Teaching Assistant will:

Have experience working with children with challenging behaviours
Have a patient and caring nature
Have the ability to motivate and engage students
Have the ability to de-escalate challenging behaviours
