We are currently recruiting experienced 7.5 Tonne Drivers to work across multiple key sites within the Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain sector. This is an exciting opportunity for professional drivers to join a high-performing team and play a vital role in the timely delivery and collection of parcels across London.

You will be based at and may rotate between the following locations (City of London)

Whitechapel Delivery Office - London E1 1AA
Southwark and Rotherhithe Delivery Office - London SE1 5SE
Mount Pleasant Mail Centre - London EC1A 1BBThese sites are well-connected and play a critical role in local and regional parcel and mail operations.

Job Role - 7.5 Tonne Driver

As a 7.5 Tonne Driver, your primary responsibility will be the safe and timely collection and delivery of parcels and mail between depots, homes, and businesses. You will represent the organization professionally and courteously while adhering to all safety and driving regulations.

Key Duties:

Perform daily vehicle safety checks
Efficiently plan routes for timely deliveries
Deliver and collect parcels to/from homes, businesses, and depot locations
Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
Carry out trunking duties between Whitechapel Delivery Office, Southwark and Rotherhithe Delivery Office, and Mount Pleasant Mail Centre
Accurately use and maintain your digital tachograph
Ensure all collections and deliveries are completed within the shift windowCandidate Requirements:

Full UK Licence with Category C1 (7.5 Tonne)
A minimum of 6 months' commercial driving experience
Maximum 6 points on your licence - no DD/DR convictions
5 years of verifiable work history
Willingness to undergo a UK criminal background check
Strong attention to detail and a dependable, "can do" attitude
Good customer-facing skills and ability to work independentlyShift Patterns Available:
