A well-established regional law firm with a great reputation across the West Yorkshire market are looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to join their team based at their Bradford office. My client delivers a high-quality legal service to a client base that includes a range of businesses and individuals.
The Conveyancing Assistant role will involve assisting Residential Conveyancers on their caseloads at various stages of the files, with caseloads consisting of Sales & Purchases, Re-mortgages, Transfers of Equity to name a few.
The Conveyancing Assistant must have at least 18 months Conveyancing experience and an understanding of the Conveyancing process. The duties will include opening and closing files, taking calls, typing letters, and providing estimates.
Salary on offer is dependent on previous Conveyancing experience.
