Recruitment Consultant
Remote with occasional (once per month) travel to South Wales

£18-25k with healthy commission

We are seeking an experienced recruitment consultant to join our team.

We are a small technical consultancy with big ambition and looking to grow significantly over the next few years. This role is critical to that success.

This position is on a temp to perm basis with an initial 12 month fixed term contract paying £18- 25k depending on experience, with an extremely healthy commission structure which starts at 25% of all billings. This has the potential to rise up to 50%.

We are looking for someone with drive, passion and determination who is not afraid to pick up the phone and speak to people.

The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to grow their team and step into the role of senior recruitment structure within a short time frame.

Truth be told, the successful candidate could quickly find themselves running the entire recruitment function as the head of recruitment. This all depends on their success within this opportunity.

Ideally we are seeking a passionate technical recruitment consultant, although this is preferred, we are open to anyone who has proved themselves in the business.

About you:

* MUST have 3 years 360 Tech recruitment experience. You know the Tech market.

* You are self-motivated and have successfully worked remotely previously.

Job Type: Full-time - Fixed term contract (12 months)

Pay: £18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
