For one of our market leading clients in Arnhem, I'm recruiting for Senior Test Coordinator.

The function
How do you ensure quality across the entire chain?
As a Senior Test Coordinator, you are responsible for setting up, coordinating, and executing end-to-end tests within a complex IT environment. You act as the central figure in the test process and monitor the quality, progress, and coherence of test activities across multiple systems and teams.

You have extensive experience with end-to-end testing in an agile environment and know how to effectively organize, coordinate, and report test activities. With your analytical skills, you identify risks in a timely manner and develop well-thought-out test strategies.

Your main duties are:

• Coordinating and executing end-to-end tests; providing additional support for acceptance testing and non-functional testing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare product and supply chain risk analyses.
• Drafting, managing, and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test management documentation.
• Assessing the test basis for testability and opportunities for test automation.
• Ensuring the availability, quality, and alignment of test environments and test data.
• Guiding and supporting teams in test preparation and execution.
• Coordinating performance and security tests.
• Reporting test progress, findings, and final results, including final reports.
• Coordinating with network and cloud infrastructure administrators regarding technical prerequisites such as connections, authorizations, and environments.

What are you bringing?

• At least 8 years of experience as a Test Coordinator and/or Test Manager within complex chain environments.
• TMAP and/or ISTQB certification.
• Demonstrable experience with agile methodologies (such as Scrum and/or SAFe).
• Experience with testing and collaboration tools such as Jira and/or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
