Job Description:

We Care Bespoke are looking for experienced Support Workers to join our team in to work in our Children's Residential Homes in different areas of the North East UK, including Newcastle, Gateshead and Durham

As an Agency Support Worker you must:

* Be over the age of 18 to apply (essential)

* Have the right to work in the UK (essential)

* Have a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (desired)

* Have 12 months prior experience in a UK healthcare setting (essential)

Skills

* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.

* Ability to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.

* Basic IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes.

* A valid driving licence is preferred for transporting clients as needed.

* Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others are essential traits for success in this role
