About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, fast-paced logistics and supply chain business seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to join their growing team.

This role is ideal for a dynamic, organised, and client-focused professional who thrives in a busy operational environment. You will act as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring day-to-day requirements are managed efficiently while delivering high-quality service and added value.

You will work closely with multiple internal departments — from warehouse teams through to operational leadership — ensuring smooth communication, accurate reporting, and excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts

* Manage client requirements and projects from brief through to completion

* Build and maintain strong external and internal relationships

* Liaise with operational teams regarding orders, stock queries, and service delivery

* Respond to client queries in line with agreed SLA's

* Prepare quotations and monthly client invoicing

* Produce accurate reporting and maintain internal systems and documentation

* Provide support and cover across the wider team when required

* Ensure professional communication via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions

* Promote and maintain safe working practices

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience within a Client Services / Customer Service Management role

* Background in a fast-paced industry such as logistics, transport, fleet, warehousing, haulage, or manufacturing preferred

* Excellent relationship-building and communication skills

* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

* Strong attention to detail, particularly around reporting and invoicing

* Confident Excel user (intermediate to advanced level essential)

* Professional, proactive approach with a strong sense of accountability

* Comfortable collaborating across teams at all operational levels

* Willingness to travel to client meetings when required
