You will be primarily responsible for winning new contracts for this unique contract cleaning business.

This is a field-based role covering the London region, where you'll report to the Managing Director and will be tasked with the following:

Identifying potential clients and speaking to Property Managers and Facility Managers
Presenting the extra benefits that the company give
Writing proposals and tenders and presenting them to clients
Closing the deal and negotiating with the clients
Updating the system ---

What experience do I need?
My client wants someone who's got a background in selling to Facility Managers.

They'll also need you to have experience of:

Selling contract cleaning services
Selling a high value service based on its usp's and extra features
Writing tender documents and proposals

You'll also need to be the following:
Highly organised
A natural communicator
Able to influence and persuade people effectively If you've got all of that, then you could be perfect for this Business Development Manager role and we'd love to see your CV.

What can I earn?
This Business Development Manager position offers a basic salary between £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.

On top of this, you can expect to earn a performance related bonus of up to £40,000 per annum if you hit your personal targets.
