Automation Test Manager

Salary - £65,000.00 per annum

Fully Remote

We are working with a forward thinking technology consultancy seeking an experienced Test Automation lead to drive innovation, best practice and technical excellence across their QA and automation services

This is a role where you will shape automation strategy, mentor distributed QA teams and oversee the development of cutting edge automation frameworks. You will also play a key role in demonstrating the value of automation to clients and ensuring solutions remain aligned with modern engineering standards

Key Skills and Experience

• Maintain and evolve QA best practices, standards and supporting documentation
• Drive continuous learning initiatives
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, clients and third party partners
• Designed and build automation frameworks on a range of technology and toolsets covering Unit, API, UI Level automation (Ideally Playwright/typescript)
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines, including non functional testing capabilities
