The Role:

Provide 1:1 support to students with behavioural, emotional, or social needs

Help create a safe and structured learning environment

Support the class teacher in managing behaviour and engagement

Use your mentoring skills to build trust and positive relationships

Ideal Candidate:

Background in youth work, mentoring, or behavioural support

Calm, patient, and confident - able to de-escalate challenging situations

TEAM Teach trained
Adaptable and proactive, with strong communication skills

Committed to helping children thrive emotionally and academically
