We're seeking a passionate and committed SEN Teacher to join a vibrant, supportive team near WF7. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work closely with learners who require personalised support and a creative, empathetic teaching approach.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging, tailored lessons to students with a range of special educational needs (SEN)

Develop and adapt teaching materials to suit individual learning styles and EHCP requirements

Foster a safe, inclusive and structured classroom environment

Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and leadership to ensure student progress

Monitor and assess pupil development, creating effective learning plans

Promote emotional well-being, independence and positive behaviour strategies
What We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent)

Experience teaching learners with SEN/SEMH needs

Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills
-
Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to inclusive education

Understanding of EHCPs and differentiated learning strategies

Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
