Enthusiastic Psychology Teacher Wanted in Westminster! Supportive Secondary School
Location: Westminster Role: Psychology Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent)
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and challenging Psychology lessons at Key Stage 4 and potentially A-Level.
* Inspire students to develop a strong understanding of psychological concepts, theories, and research methods.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and enhance the Psychology curriculum.
* Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Psychology.
* Foster a classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and discussion of psychological principles within a supportive framework.

Qualifications & Experience:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Degree in Psychology or a related field.
* Proven experience teaching Psychology at secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply).
* Strong subject knowledge of core psychological concepts, research methods, and ethical considerations.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to make psychology engaging and accessible within a supportive framework.
