What does it mean to be an Election Coordinator?
Election Coordinators are the front lines for liberty on YAL endorsed campaigns. Election Coordinators will flood the district through grassroots door knocking. This is NOT A VOLUNTEER POSITION. This is an opportunity to dive headfirst into the campaign world and serve as a real field staffer and full-time contractor with YAL.
Each Election Coordinator will deploy for one month to the district. Serving on location and meeting real people every day.
Election Coordinators are compensated:
- $2,000 salary
- 100% of housing
- Reimbursements for gas
This is not a hobby. This is a career builder.
We want to ensure we have the best talent pool possible to elect pro-liberty candidates and we are willing to do what it takes to make sure we win.
You may apply for a current race or submit an application to stay on our radar for a future deployment.
Young Americans for Liberty (YAL) is the largest, most active, and fastest-growing pro-liberty organization on America’s college campuses. With hundreds of chapters and thousands of youth activists nationwide, YAL seeks to identify, educate, train, and mobilize young people committed to winning on principle.
