We are seeking a Systems Engineering Manager to take the lead role in our client's service engineering team.

The key areas of responsibility for the Systems Engineering Manager include:

* Provide quality support in escalation paths to the service desk and service engineers

* Analyse the key skills required for the service team and help deliver this

* Attend site to support engineers as needed on any challenging issues

* Grow own knowledge of the security industry and products used by the business

* Approve holidays and performance management of the service engineering team

* Interview and recruit for the engineer team open roles

* Help manage all open calls through to a successful outcome
