What's in it for me?

This is a full time role and hours of work at flexible between 7am-7pm, working an 8 hour shift.

Overtime is paid and the right candidate must be available to work overtime at short notice.

The salary starts from £18,500 but can increase for the right candidate.


Day to Day Duties

The successful customer service representative will deal with customers on a daily basis and manage the order processing, customer leasing and quoting.
As a customer service rep you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers in the UK and Europe.
This is a very fast paced role so the successful candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
The successful customer service rep will have a sales background as you will be required to improve sales from new and existing clients.
The successful candidate will be required to attend exhibitions when needed.


Essential Skills


The successful candidate will be required to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
You will need to be comfortable using Microsoft programs such as word, excel and power point.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Desirable Experience

Previous experience working in an office is desirable.
Previous sales experience would be beneficial to any candidate.

Full training on all internal processes will be given.
