We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition specialist to join an international engineering and construction company. This can be based in either Cheshire or Surrey, working from home with some visits to local project offices.

This is a vacant role working on providing personnel for a construction project based in Uzbekistan and required as soon as possible.

We are looking for experience in the following:-

Full cycle recruiting experience (in-house or agency)
Able to prioritise high volume workload, and adapt quickly to changes
Strong customer service mindset, able to liaise successfully with stakeholders, proactive communication skills, able to drive the recruitment processes in a timely manner.
Previous experience working with Application tracking systems (ATS) would be beneficial
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), fluent in both English and Russian/Uzbek. This contract will be 12 months renewable with a rate of c£18-19 per hour or the equivalent salary: 35-36,000 GBP per annum gross pay.
