Tractor Technical Trainer 
Location: Saxham
Salary: Up to £47,000 plus bonus Your New Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Trainer specialising in tractors and tractor engine systems. This role is based at a state-of-the-art, industry-leading training facility and will report to the Head of Academy.

You'll join a growing training team committed to delivering high-quality technical and operator training. Your work will help develop future training offerings and support customers and dealer networks across the agricultural sector.

This position is ideal for someone who's passionate about sharing technical expertise and can inspire others. While previous experience in a training role is desirable, it is not essential — full support and coaching will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and prepare engaging course materials and training resources

Create blended learning content, including online modules and assessments

Deliver technical training both in person and via virtual platforms

Stay up to date with industry trends and adjust training to meet market needs

Promote best practices within the dealer and customer network

Essential Skills & Experience:
Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver effective presentations

Recognised technical qualifications with strong practical experience

Solid understanding of modern tractor systems, engines, and control technologies

Hands-on experience as a service technician in the agricultural machinery sector

Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset

Deep knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems

Confident IT user with skills in common business and learning platforms

Previous training experience is beneficial but not essential
