About the Role
We are recruiting for a Revit Technician (MEP) to join a busy design and digital engineering team in Warrington. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and growing business that works with a select group of repeat clients across the UK.

The consultancy specialises in student accommodation, residential apartments, hotels, hospitals, and schools, delivering projects from Stage 4 onwards and producing installable models and coordinated design packages. With a steady workload and projects in the North West, London, Belfast, Wolverhampton, and Birmingham, they are expanding their Warrington team to support future growth.

This is an opportunity for both an established Revit MEP Technician who is looking to take the next step in their career or an AutoCAD technician with a strong understanding of Building Services who is keen to learn Revit MEP.

As a Revit Technician, you will:

Produce detailed 3D Revit MEP models
Utilise BIM 360
Assist with setting up projects, families, coordination, clash detection, COBie, DTM's, and installable Stage 5 drawings.
Work closely with a team of Revit Technicians
Collaborate with the digital engineering lead and project teams to deliver high-quality outputs
