Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer

Location: Worcester
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (Depending on experience)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm (No on-call rota)

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer to join our professional and growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installation, servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding across a variety of systems.

You will be working on:

Air conditioning systems: single splits, multi splits, VRV/VRF

*

Refrigeration systems: cellar coolers, cold rooms, display fridges, freezer rooms

*

Servicing, maintenance, repairs, and fault diagnosis

*

Installation and commissioning of new systems

*

A mix of domestic, commercial, and industrial sites

This is a Monday-Friday role with no on-call rota and no regular weekend work. However, occasional flexibility may be required to attend urgent breakdowns.

Requirements

F-Gas Certification (essential)

*

Full UK Driving Licence (essential)

*

NVQ Level 3 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (desirable)

*

CSCS Card (desirable)

*

Strong fault-finding and diagnostic abilities

*

Experience in both installation and service

*

Ability to work independently with confidence

*

Professional, customer-focused approach
