Confidential Senior Electronics Hardware Engineer - Hampshire

A leading engineering business is seeking a Senior Electronics Hardware Engineer to develop innovative electronics for advanced subsea instruments. This is a confidential opportunity for an experienced engineer with strong analogue, digital and FPGA/MPU design skills, plus a solid understanding of EMC and low-power design.

You'll lead hardware design reviews, support EMC compliance, and work closely with engineering and production teams to deliver robust, supportable products. Hands-on fault finding in electronics and embedded software, plus clear technical documentation, will also be key.

• Strong electronics hardware design experience, analogue and digital.

• Knowledge of EMC design and testing, ideally to relevant industry standards.

• Experience with embedded C and microprocessors.

• Confident fault-finding skills and a proactive, collaborative approach.

• Degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or similar.

• Permanent role based in Hampshire.

• Work on technically challenging subsea technology.

• A senior position with real influence across design and development.
