Residential Solicitor

You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, working in a supportive and forward-thinking environment. You will also contribute to business development and help strengthen the firm's position in the Woking market.
Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing residential property files including sales, purchases, and transfers from instruction to completion
• Delivering excellent client care while meeting agreed financial and billing targets
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal processes
• Building relationships with referrers and supporting local business development activity

We're Looking For:

• Qualified Residential Solicitor, Conveyancer, or Residential Property Executive with around 2-3 years' PQE or equivalent experience
• Proven ability to manage your own residential conveyancing caseload independently
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive and motivated approach with an interest in business development
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
