Job Title: Field Service Coffee Engineer

Location: Home Counties (No London)

Salary: £34,000 - £37,000 per annum

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Field Service Coffee Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and repair services for our range of coffee machines and equipment in the Home Counties area. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for coffee and excellent technical skills to join a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of coffee machines and equipment at client locations.

Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.

Conduct preventative maintenance checks to ensure equipment is functioning optimally.

Provide training and support to clients on the proper use and maintenance of coffee machines.

Maintain accurate records of service visits, parts used, and work performed.

Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Full UK driving licence.

Previous experience in a similar field service role, preferably within the coffee industry.

Excellent technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and repair coffee machines.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Coffee Safe qualification is desirable but not essential.

Flexibility to work 1 Saturday in 4 as part of the rotation.
