St Nicholas’ School seeks to appoint an experienced Site Maintenance Officer to assist with the general upkeep of buildings, grounds and all the equipment at the School and also maintain the electrical, plumbing, mechanical and other related systems. The role also entails caretaking during the weekends. Please see the job description for further information.
The role requires a high level of liaison with people, and the successful candidate must have a warm and welcoming manner and a demonstrable ability to build rapport and interact with people at all levels, whether parents, colleagues or contractors.
The days of work will be Thursday to Sunday, all year round. Hours of work to be negotiated.
You will receive a competitive salary and 6 weeks’ holiday a year.
