SEN Teacher - Bristol

M&M Supply are seeking an experienced SEN Teacher, in Bristol.

We are thrilled to be working with a Specialist SEND provision, providing education to children between the ages of 4-19.

The school have x3 Positions available for the new school year in September, and are looking to interview prior to the start of the Summer Holidays.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons for students with SEND.

* Assess individual learning needs and create personalized learning plans.

* Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.

* Work closely with SENCOs, teaching assistants, and external specialists.

* Monitor and track student progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed.

* Engage with parents and caregivers to support student learning and well-being.

* Ensure compliance with EHCP (Education, Health, and Care Plan) guidelines.

Requirements

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant SEND teaching qualification.

* Experience working with children with SEND, including ASD, ADHD, or complex needs.

* Strong understanding of differentiated teaching methods and strategies.

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

* Patience, empathy, and a passion for inclusive education.
